It's further complicated because, although based on a Table, Avery has inserted Shapes specifically, rounded corner rectangles to overlay the Table cells.
It's those Shapes that you are able to move. One option is to just click the label you want then simply start typing. That, however, will not prevent the Shapes from being moveable. If it were me, I'd avoid the Avery document altogether. Instead, I'd use the built-in template to create my own using the following steps:.
